Kay Johansson - Founder
Kay Johansson has over 25 years of experience in audio-video and digital technology. His achievements in technology crosses a diversity of domains, including cloud-based services, the Internet of Things, and distributed systems and AI/ML technology.
Kay is the inventor/co-inventor of more than 25 approved, published and pending patents and has held CTO roles at several Silicon Valley start-ups and public companies offering SaaS and PaaS solutions. In those roles Kay built high-performing engineering teams, directed research and development as well as product strategy in the lead up to strategic M&A activities, market expansion, product development and launches.
Tricia Higgins - Founder
Tricia is a technology executive with 25+ years of experience building global teams and guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. Tricia has extensive experience in Client Services & Delivery, including developing Customer Success Operations, International Expansion and Go-To-Market Strategies.
Tricia recently served as SVP/CIO for a Fortune 300 media data company where she lead the technical divestiture of a $3B+ business, requiring a complete transformation of the company's IT environments, technology and processes, including the buildout of a new global network, purpose built for hybrid model connectivity between legacy infrastructure and the cloud.
